Teach2Reach emerges from the collaborative vision of Lynette Beer, South Africa’s esteemed motivational speaker and author, and Prof. Carolina Botha, a distinguished academic with a rich background in psychology, theology, and education. Lynette, known for her engaging and insightful approach to personal development, taps into the power of the Four Colour Temperament Model to unlock individual potential, guided by spiritual principles.

The partnership began after a fateful meeting at a workshop, uniting Lynette and Prof. Botha over their mutual concern for the challenges facing teachers. This led to the creation of Teach2Reach and the publication of their book, “Die Ritme van jou Roeping,” in 2022, marking a significant step towards supporting educators.

Prof. Botha, a respected figure at the University of North West since 2014, has been recognized for her teaching excellence on both institutional and national levels. With over 20 publications and a focus on the educational, emotional, and professional development of teachers, her work aims to bridge the gap between theoretical learning and classroom realities.
