Another eye-opening statistic published by hayes.com states that up to 71% of employees will actually accept a salary cut, just to get a better job.

 In a similar study published by hayes.com 43% of employees were in the process of job hunting because they did not like the corporate culture. On top of this up to 70% wanted to leave because they’re not recognised and appreciated, or they’re not given the opportunity to develop and grow.
