Waar plant jy bome?
Daar is ‘n ou Chinese gesegde wat sê dat Pa’s bome moet plant sodat hulle kinders eendag in die skaduwee kan sit. Dit is, as ek dit reg verstaan, ‘n ou wysheid wat ons wil leer dat ‘n mens toekomsgerig moet lewe. Dat jy met elke tree wat jy gee en elke besluit wat jy neem, moet bewus wees van jou voetspore wat jy nalaat.
