Be authentic

Be authentic

Are you trying to be who and what others want you to be or are you authentic?
Most of us would answer that we are our authentic selves but there is more to this challenge than we realize. Authenticity is not something that some people have and others not. It is a conscious choice – or rather, a series of choices – of how we want to live.

At present we are all at the mercy of circumstances beyond our control – that is a given. The so-called “new normal” is also taking its toll on our health.
